GPS MONITORING 24/7/365
All our vehicles are equipped with integrated geolocation systems, allowing
for constant monitoring of the location of the vehicle and cargo as well as processes
related to the technical condition of vehicles.
MOBILE DRIVER APPLICATION
It guarantees that everything you need for a smooth transport is always at hand and happens with the click of a button.
- The driver receives all the necessary order data as soon as the freight is picked up. They have everything at their fingertips at all times – on their phone.
- Instant messenger allows the driver to contact the MAGTRANS Operations Center – available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- With order statuses, our team monitors the progress of the shipment in real time, and the driver does not waste valuable time making phone calls.
- We do not wait until the driver returns for shipment documents. Immediately after the order is processed, document images added to the application go straight into our TMS system.
- A malfunction on the road, technical problems? That is not a problem for us! A service request submitted by a driver is immediately forwarded to our Fleet Supervisor, who immediately starts solving the problem.
SYSTEM INTEGRATION
We offer our customers the possibility of system integration to control the vehicle online (tracking system – Edifact). A regular update of the order status guarantees reliable information at every stage of the transport service.
CARRIER PORTAL
We respect our Partners' time and money.
- Thanks to the portal, our carriers have a constant overview of their orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- We provide support in optimizing the route by planning it and automatically delivering it to the Carrier.
The route preview allows analysis of deviations from the designated tunnel and zones. - We provide the option to quickly send scans or photos of shipping documents.
