INTERNATIONAL DISPATCHER

Due to the development and expansion of the Forwarding Department, we are looking for a person for the position:
Position: INTERNATIONAL DISPATCHER
Work location: Busko Zdrój / Warsaw
Work system: Shift work

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ongoing processing messages from drivers on a daily basis.
  • Assisting with transport orders that do not require customer contact.
  • Monitoring delays or opportunities for early arrival to client and reporting them to the Freight Forwarder.
  • Analyzing on-time driver’s route, along with checking tunnel exits, return to the tunnel, and, if necessary, editing the tunnel with the Freight Forwarder.
  • Ensuring the correct start and end  work by the driver, optimizing his time for maximum efficiency.
  • Issuing permissions for payment via credit card and controlling expenses.
  • Determining fuel stations based on economic refueling needs.
  • Performing tasks assigned by the main freight forwarder (without contact with client).
WHAT WE EXPECT:
  • For the International Dispatcher position, knowledge of one of the following languages is welcome: German, English, Italian, French, Spanish, and good knowledge of English.
